Once you've defeated him, another gate will open, so head back to your boat and jump in to go to the final room. Davy will be far more aggressive than Barbossa, so you should be able to get in six quick hits rather than waiting for him to retreat and come back. In the next room, fight off some enemies including Maccus and Hadras, then take on Davy Jones. From the level select area, revisiting levels in Free Play mode allows you to find every Minikit and compass item, as well as hitting each level's True Pirate quota.
